John's Story
Raised among the tobacco fields of Nash County, John has spent his entire life in Eastern North Carolina. He came from a long line of small business owners and entrepreneurs and serves others with an emphasis on quality and the value of hard work.
John's Passions
John splits his time between the Outer Banks and Greenville, NC. In his spare time, he enjoys road course racing his classic Mazda, home improvement projects, and spending time with friends and family.
The Founding of Seagate Advisors
I got my start with large financial institutions and working as an advisor in banks. As these banks grew and the names started changing, I saw their focus drift away from the needs of clients and it became more about the bottom line. I knew there was a better way to serve my clients. That is why Seagate Advisors was formed.
